Hi all,
I feel a bit dumb for posting about this, especially because I am considering sending an application to some pretty high-level schools, but where exactly do I send all the forms?
For example, I am compiling my papers to send to Babson College and Harvard University (I know, longshot for Harvard, but you miss all the shots you don’t take)
Here is what they require:
http://www.babson.edu/admission/undergraduate/transfer-students/Pages/application-requirements.aspx
https://college.harvard.edu/admissions/application-requirements
In the common app, they all ask for questions, test scores, academic evaluators etc. but where do I send the other forms that the schools require, for example:
College/Dean’s/Registrar’s report, College Transcript, High School Transcript, ACT with writing
Do I just gather them up and put them in a padded envelope? Do I send it registered? Whom do I make it out to?
On a related note, where exactly can I get an official copy of my ACT score? I mean, I can photocopy mine, but I doubt they would want that.?
Thank you,
Phil
You get order your ACT through the online portal where you register, it’s pretty self explanatory once you log in. You’ll order it right to the schools that you want to send it too. And for most schools, ACT already has their address in their system. Transcripts you should be sending to the school too
Ok, thanks. But in terms of other forums such as college transcripts, high school transcripts, Deans report etc. where exactly do I send them. For example, where do I send the Babson one:
http://www.babson.edu/admission/undergraduate/transfer-students/Pages/application-requirements.aspx
and who do I make it out to?
And I assume I send them after I fill in the common app, so they have my application in the system.?
Thanks
The College/Dean’s/Registrar’s report should be sent by the person filling it out. The transcripts should be sent by the office issuing them. You should not be personally sending any of these materials.
Ok, thank you. That makes sense. But still, where should I direct them to send them? For ex. my high school records office requires a self-addressed envelope?
