<p>Both. Some live in the private dorms in Isla Vista including Tropicana Gardens and Fountain Bleu, while others live in apartments within walking distance of the SBCC campus.</p>

<p>trop has bought fountain bleu and has become Tropicana del Norte. I lived at trop last year and having it cost 18,500 for the year was totally NOT worth it.</p>
