The Big Four accounting firms don’t recruit at my college so I’m wondering how I can get in touch with the recruiters from any one of the four companies. I’m looking for their summer internship programs but their websites only say to contact your college’s career office (which doesn’t help me at all since my college has absolutely no connections). Also, has anyone here done the summer internship with Ernst & Young? Did you find it challenging?

Columbia and NYU are guarantees for the Big 4 to recruit.
Just go to their websites and check when the company reps visit campus.

You can find Columbia and NYU’s fall campus recruitment schedule on their website and just attend. Make sure you suit up and have your resume.

Thanks guys! I actually had no idea that I could go to other colleges for recruitment events.
:)

The only problem you may have is entering the building because you do not have a school ID. Just say you are here for the recruitment event and they will let you in.

Has anyone received an offer this summer from the Big4? If so, was there a sign-on bonus?

Most full time positions offered at the big4 will have a signing bonus but not all.
