Where do you send your deferred essay to?

<p>I was deferred from the college of human ecology, and I’ve written an essay on why I am still interested. Do I send it through email or mail? I’m not sure what email or address I should send it to…
I’ve tried to find online threads on where to send it to, but I can’t seem to find a good answer.</p>
