Where else should I apply? (looking for suggestions!)

Hi,
I am a high school Junior, beginning my college search process.

My current top choice is Vassar. I also really like Dartmouth, Vanderbilt, Clark, Wesleyan and George Washington. My top safeties are UMass Amherst (financial safety) an Allegheny.

I plan on either majoring in Political Science / Government or English, so I want schools that are generally strong in both of those areas.

Ideally, I would like high-ranked liberal arts schools with small class sizes. A strong sense of community, school pride, and self-exploration is imperative. I would prefer a rural/suburban school to an urban one, though that’s not a make-or-break factor.

Do you have any suggestions as to other schools I should check out? Also, if you feel like mentioning why each of those schools would be great, go for it (it would help a lot!)

Thanks so much in advance!

I recommend going to [Best Colleges | Find the Best College for You | US News Education](http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-colleges)

This gives lists of the best colleges in different categories. Also, check out websites such as ■■■■■■■■■■ for college info. You can set up a profile and search colleges to check how well you match up and your chances of acceptance.

Good luck!

UT Austin! Def. not small class size. But def. an exceptional community with a lot of school pride. COLA is also is one of the best.

Interesting choices. Vassar & Wesleyan, yet also applying to Vanderbilt & Dartmouth.

Truthfully speaking, you haven’t shared enough information in order to receive well reasoned recommendations. Need actual ACT or SAT scores & more background info. regarding your interests, activities & accomplishments.
