Where is the Optional Update Form for the deferred?

<p>Hi everyone.
I got deferred and recently received a mail from Stanford saying,</p>

<p>“…We also invite you to submit an Optional Update Form (located at [Page</a> Not Found : Stanford University](<a href=“Page Not Found : Stanford University”>Page Not Found : Stanford University) update), to keep us appraised of new stuffs…”</p>

<p>So I thought this would be a great opportunity to increase my chance of getting in for RD.
and I immediately searched this website.
But to my surprise, this website does not exist. (“Page not found…”)</p>

<p>Can anyone tell me where I can download the Optional Update Form for deferred applicants?</p>
