<p>I just talked to Jerry… Really weird conversation.</p>

<p>I asked him flat out, “does no email mean no acceptance?” And he quickly said now.</p>

<p>Then I asked him if I could get my decision… He looked me up and said that no decision has been made. He said that my file was probably sitting in one of his colleague’s offices. (Now, I found that pretty strange because the apps are supposed to be digitized.)</p>

<p>He took really long pauses between his sentences too. He told me to call Tuesday and that he would have a decision for me.</p>

<p>He was really hard to read. My b.s. detector didn’t go off on full alert by the way he talked, but the content was strange.</p>

<p>I know he’s hiding something, but it wasn’t clear that he was hiding a rejection. I get the feeling they are really unorganized over there.</p>

<p>JohnM, I think its just they are so confused because so many students are contacting the office. We gotta take deep breaths, he even said on the blog that he would tell you honestly. I trust the man.</p>

<p>I did fax them an updated winter 06 quarter grades at the beginning of this week… gpa went from 3.59 to a 3.63</p>

<p>I’ve regained a bit of hope, but not too much.</p>

<p>Next person that calls: tell him you’d much rather be rejected over the phone than wait 3 days for an email. Maybe he’ll say something. :)</p>

<p>My application was positively complete over a month ago, so it’s not just people who have sent in additional materials that aren’t hearing back. Monday isn’t a terribly long time away.</p>

<p>i knew quantifyme, that if we both got this, it was an admit email, and i called gerald later, and he told me personally that I got in</p>

<p>i find it odd that only a few ppl have heard, it seems that only admits have heard so far, and i wonder how many were on that list…</p>
