I have veterans in Vietnam War, Korean War for Independence, Korean War, etc.
as my grandfathers… so i’m including one of their stories in my college essay drafts

  • international issue of my concern … that kinda thing.
I lived in New Zealand when I was young.
I LOVE music… interested in economics
these kinda things i’m trying to include in my essays</personal>

hm…OVERALL, i really have NO idea…
I was thinking of EA for Yale.
But my counsellor isn’t that optimistic. She just says that I would have to write amazing essays to be successful. Where shall I apply for EA or RD?
Kids at my school usually think only of ivy league, by the way.
I was thinkin of Sloan undergrad program (which probably won’t fit my personality)
Cornell, Brown, Swarthmore, Amherst, Wharton, Duke, Northwestern, etc.
and i’ll declare my major as marketing management

plz give me some advice… !!
my college counsellor is kinda new to my school (former one just quit)
and doesn’t seem to know anythin… !!

oh my sat reasoning scores are actually 740/790/770 (2300) … i’m takin my last one this oct

Yeah, you’re pretty average for a yale applicant. Thereupon, if you are a good writer, I say go for it, if not, then I wouldn’t.

You should do EA, the acceptance rate is much higher than RD. Ask your guidance counselor why she says not too, and start on your essays from now.

SCEA sounds good to me. You’re a great applicant by the way lol, and being Val helps a lot.
