Where Should I Apply, and Safeties (Help)?

Hi. I’m a rising senior and will be submitting all my applications RD. I have an idea of where I want to apply, but it’s not definitive. I also don’t know what schools would be good safeties for me. I want to study biology and linguistics and attend a university that’s on the larger side. Finances are not a concern and I’ll accept religious affiliation. Location also isn’t very important.

Boring statistics:
I’m female and Caucasian. My SAT is 1500 super-scored, 1490 (740/750) not. 8/7/8 essay. SAT IIs are 730 Literature, 730 US History. I’m taking Bio, Chem, and Math II this weekend. APs: 5 for AP Lit, 5 APUSH, 3 AP Physics. I’m taking AP Calc, AP Bio, AP Chem, and AP Spanish Language and Culture now. I’m a National Merit Semifinalist and have another national recognition for a science competition and a few local recognitions (Smith College Book Award, economics summit, NHS, etc) on top. I run a Marine Science club, tutor, and volunteered/work for a local theater. I am an assistant stage manager in my drama club. In my free time, I study Korean and Arabic.

Tentative list:
UC Berkeley
UCLA
UC Santa Barbara (safety)
Johns Hopkins
Georgetown
Vanderbilt

Basically, what are some schools that are on par, safeties, or reaches? Is it worth applying to any Ivies? I’m a little lost, so any help is greatly appreciated. I don’t know if I’m undervaluing or overvaluing myself.

I don’t know how to edit, but my GPA is 4.43 weighted, 3.87 unweighted, and my school doesn’t calculate rank, but I’m approximately 3/180.

UC weighted-capped GPA?
