Where should I apply for transfer?

Asian male (international)
Starting Math & CS at Woodbury University in August.
I was late in applying and Woodbury’s admissions were open until March 31st.
HS Final - 97 out of 100
IPhO Silver medallist
Took a gap year and got a paper published in ICML.
Worked as a SE in the gap year.

Where should I apply for transfer?
Thanks

Why don’t you see how things go at Woodbury?

If you will be applying for financial aid, transfers typically receive less aid than incoming first years. Schools that meet full need will be highly competitive for transfer admission.

Not sure what SE means ? Sales executive ?

Thank you for introducing me to Woodbury University.

The above would be likely to represent employment as a software engineer.

Your college GPA is going to be a huge factor in where you transfer. Without that, it’s almost impossible to give you any recommendations. We have no idea of your budget either.

You haven’t started college yet. I suggest waiting until at least November before making any big decisions. You might really enjoy your college. I strongly encourage you to make the most of all opportunities offered at Woodbury. And be sure to get to know your professors. If you hope to transfer to a very selective university, their recs will be very important.

Why did you apply so late in the year?
Is Woodbury the only college that admitted you?
What’s your budget?
I really don’t think it’s the right university for you - it’s a niche college mostly focused on architecture and design. They don’t offer math or CS as majors, although they have animation and something cs-related (mostly with an artistic bend). There are few majors because the freshman class is typically under 200 students.
With a budget we may come up with more appropriate possibilities or, at this point, a CC with dorms that we know are typically not full.
