Where should I apply?

I attend College of the Desert (2-year community college in southern California)

I have a 3.9 GPA.

But, last spring semester I took some classes and had to drop/stop going because I had to take on extra work since my mom couldn’t afford the rent on her own. Retaking those courses this semester, under the assumption that I will perform in them as I did in my previous coursework when I was working as much as I am now.

In high school, I didn’t do as well. I think a 2.8-3.4.

I dropped out senior year, and went on to get my high school diploma that fall from College of the Desert.

Constantly moved around because I went between living with my dad and my mom.

His alcoholism was kinda ridiculous and was a factor in my underperformance in high school.

I have worked full time at Rite Aid since my first semester. Will be joining phi theta kappa this September when open enrollment starts up.

I ran some cross country in high school

played some water polo in high school

was on the debate team my senior year of high school and placed 3rd for the region/district in impromptu short speeches.

My major is Philosophy, I want to go on to law school.

I have two I would prefer and the rest I look at equally.

Stanford, Berkeley.

The rest would be Claremont Mckenna, UCLA, UCSD, NYU, Rutgers, Pomona College, Georgetown, and maybe Brown but I’ve heard they are extremely liberal and I want a more politically diverse environment.
