<p>Congrats on what I have to assume you know are great stats. Apply where you want to apply but just remember the top med schools could fill their rolls with applicants just like you …but they don’t. 4-5-6% acceptance rates and a holistic process guarantee uncertainty.</p>
<p>I’d aim for upper middle tier (schools in the NYU, BU, territory).</p>
<p>Your EC’s and lack of research and Canadian-ness wouldn’t really give you a good shot at top tier.</p>
