Where should I go for Comp. Sci + Pre-Med?

So I’m currently a Junior in high school, and have focused most of my time working on studying computer science. However, recently I’ve been becoming more and more interested in going into pre-med (pediatrician or anesthesiologist) in college. My question is, which universities out there are the best for possibly studying these two very different topics? To help narrow down a little bit, I am mostly considering highly selective schools (<25% accepted). Thanks!

Any college in the country offers the courses you need to be a pre-med. Certainly any selective college will offer you the resources you’d need to create a successful medical school application. But you need to realize that creating that portfolio is on you, not the school. (And the brand name of your undergrad college has very little impact of whether you’ll get a med school acceptance.)

Perhaps a better way to approach this decision is to consider which colleges will offer you the best comp sci education at the best price.

What is your family’s annual budget for college?

You’ll want to minimize the amount of undergrad debt you take on because med school FA is basically nothing but loans so carrying any undergrad debt is not ideal.

For CS and pre med, brown is def best

If you are a top student, attend the best university that will also give you a great financial deal. Full ride or better. Having zero debt and substantial savings opens up your options for professional/grad schools.
