Where should I note that I'm taking another SAT?

<p>I’m applying ED/EA so the deadline is november 1st, but I’m taking the SAT again on november 3rd. I’ve confirmed that the colleges that I’m applying to take Nov scores, but a couple of them say to note my intention of sending scores from the Nov SAT on the app. Where in the common app should I make this note?</p>
