Where should I transfer to? PLEASE HELP

Hi,
I am currently a sophomore student at bemidji state university and I want to transfer, for many reasons, to a school out on the east coast. I have a 3.25 gpa, 3.5 in my major and I want to study business administration, and possibly political science. I’d like to transfer for the upcoming spring term but I am willing to wait if I need to boost my gpa.

I think it would be cool to go to a school thats politically active and a school with a great study abroad program.

Any suggestions on where to go?

Be aware that some schools require that you be on campus for at least 2 yrs; if this is the case, as a jr transfer you would only be able to do a summer abroad program. Check college websites for policies.

thanks I’ll check that out for sure.

Study abroad programs aside, I would like some ideas on schools that could be a good fit. I’m pretty open to anything on the east coast but like I said earlier, I think it would be fun to be on a politically active campus and I am going to school to earn a business degree. I love DC and I have visited american university and george washington and I really liked both campuses, but I have the feeling they might be reaches so I’m looking for something that is a safer bet just in case.

Financial aid isn’t a huge concern.

Anyone got any ideas that could be a good fit? Please help its starting to get somewhat urgent
