<p>Maryland is awesome they have a great honors program and being out of state is very different (70% are instate)</p>
<p>Is it a lot harder to get in out of state?</p>
<p>It’s quite a bit harder but it’s worth applying to. As xtefii said they have a great honors program and UMD-CP has a nice overall campus feeling with a well-balanced social scene.</p>
