<p>Unless I’m severely out of the loop, Cal hasn’t even released transfer decisions yet. </p>

<p>In writing by mail included with printed out app, transcript and I believe two letters of rec (remembering this from freshman decisions).</p>

<p>here is some heads up at the appeals department. The guys came to my Asian American Literature Class to tell us the appeals process at CAL if we didn’t get in. They want all transfer students that didn’t get in to appeal because there are many people that reject CAL. So there’s about 100 spots left or so. They say to be real, and get two recommendations, and give them new evidence why they should re-consider your application. Be honest, cause they know if your ********ting.</p>
