Where should we take him for his birthday?

Can I please have some ideas for places to go on Friday night? It’s my guy friend’s 17th birthday and 2 other friends (a girl and a guy) and myself are making secret plans for him.

We like to have fun, we don’t drink or do drugs, uhh… He LOVES music. We live in Connecticut (not in the middle of nowhere) The weather’s supposed to be partly sunny, in the 60’s. All I can think of is going to the beach, the movie theater and out to dinner.

Chuck E Cheese

A gentleman’s club.

Hooters. 10char

Chuck E Cheese has some great music and intense environment.

[serious answer]
Bowling/mini golf/laser tag if available, theme parks if not too pricey, check out concerts in the nearest city or even Hard Rock Cafe in NYC depending on where in Connecticut you live (and even not considering money, it’s still an all-day thing because of the distance)?
Disclaimer, I don’t live anywhere near Connecticut so I don’t know if that helped at all. xD

Motel room

chuck e cheese is for little kids. its not cool for older dudes and the food is terible. i wouldnt go to a motel room cause you might get bed bugs. you could go to nyc, but its expensive. it would be fun to have a bonfire in the woods and a party. you could get a mini keg of rootbeer and lots of candy and junk food and bring a radio. or you could go to a restrant.

Thank you for that insight. We never figured that out.

McDonalds.

I’d definitely say a concert to one of his favorite bands. Even if the next concert is a month or two away, buy tickets and gift them. It combines music, socialization, and fun - all core things to a fun birthday celebration. Maybe go out to a nice dinner on his actual birthday at which point you can give him the tix. ;)

What kind of post is that? I live in Philly. Its kind of close to newark. Do you have cheesesteaks there?

^ I’m implying an image. And yeah, we have this shop called Philly Express or something. My family goes up to South Philly for food, though.
