The apples don’t fall far from the trees, do they?

…the exception being San Francisco. I don’t know how people find a place to live out here.

Get in rent control, stay a long time, and save up.

What percentage of each university’s graduating class go to work at the “top three” employers?

For example, less than 1% of the living Stanford grads work at Google. That means 99% work somewhere else.

I doubt many are in San Francisco proper.

So what proportion of the alumni of the top 25 universities don’t have LinkedIn accounts?

SF or nearby Silicon Valley.

Since far from every alumnus has a Linkedin account, drawing any conclusions about this data is about as useful as applying broad generalizations to alumni from the few who have Ashley Madison accounts.

@GMTplus7, I daresay the vast majority of young alums have LinkedIn accounts (as well as some older alums in industry).

I’ll go further: most professionals have an account. I signed up way back in 2006!
