I did my o levels and got 2 As and 6 Bs, then i switched to a US School and got a 3 Gpa and a 1350 SAT, im a permanent resident and probably will go some where east coast or middle.

When will you graduate from high school and when do you anticipate starting college?
Can your parents help you pay for college, and if so, how much annually?
Are you a green card holder? I’m not clear on your residency status.
In general, you could consider as reaches schools that accept about 40-50% of applicants. The biggest issue for you is going to be money. If your parents are willing and able to pay 100K/yr for college, you can go anywhere. If you and your parents have absolutely no assets or income, you might be able to get massive financial aid. The problem is going to be if you fall in between, and cannot afford full price, but don’t qualify for enough financial aid.
Your uptrend is likely to help you quite a bit. Your SAT is also relatively good. Even with this, I think that U.Mass Amherst is unlikely. U.Mass Lowell is also quite a good university, and IMHO is quite a bit more likely for admissions. U.Mass Boston and/or U.Mass Dartmouth are also more likely for admissions.
You go to a private school. They should guide you.
We still don’t know much about your classes, interests or desires in a school, not to mention budget but you might look at schools like U Maine Farmington, Southern Maine, MCLA, Rhode Island College, URI, the directional Connecticut schools like Wrstern, Eastern, southern and Central plus Keene and Plymouth state.
Dt know your flagship odds but UNH, U Maine and URI are worth a look.
That’s some New England schools - but don’t have a clue about you, desires or needs.
Hard to suggest without having some idea of your budget, because your whole list of public universities would go down the drain if your budget is low.
I think getting a license in VA is insufficient for establishing residency for college tuition purposes— but if your family has an address there and pays state taxes, maybe?
I think your reaches are that UMD being most reachy. But I will say that AU likes money. So you never know.
Schools with some cross over to your reach schools that may show an easier time - U Denver (bog cross shop to American), College of Charleston - it and AU were my daughters favorites although C of C is much more urban, VCU and UAB.
Your targets are reachy - I can see Temple, UIC as most likely with Mich state next and IU and UTD as maybe. But no way to get into IU’s b school.
Your safety has your best school for MIS - Arizona. It’s a top school year after year. Not sure if the major is difficult but you’ll get in the school. If you believe US News, it’s #2 along with MIT and Ga Tech. And Arizona is strong in the social sciences - as is Indiana if you go Econ. So forgetting you may not be comfortable going across the country - but it and UMD are likely best on paper. And UMD isn’t happening.
Agree all the safeties will be yes but GMU could be a no. GPA is low. It’s the toughest.
Not sure what O levels are but you haven’t had calc…that could hurt. You’ll likely need in college so hope your math is strong.
You do have some acceptances and I have you some more possibilities above and on the previous thread (more regional schools).
Ps I took no budget as $100k a year. If it’s not, then there’s no point in discussing a list until you have one. So please explain there’s a limit or there isn’t? If there is, it’s step one in building a list. No point in applying to unaffordable schools.
And I go back to you are at a private school - they should help you understand where you may fit in. But it’s not just about getting in but about getting into a school you’d like.
