Where to apply?

I’m currently in my senior year, and will soon have to start applying to colleges. Problem is - I don’t know where! I’m doing the IB diploma programme, and have a predicted score of 43 points out of 45. Also, recently I took the SATs and got a score of 2150 (is that okay?)…

I want to apply for a biochemistry programme, but am unsure of what colleges would be great places to study it, in the US. I’m looking for merit-based scholarships…

Could anyone give me some suggestions on what college would be ideal for me, based on my preferences? It doesn’t need to be an Ivy – just some good colleges

You can use search tools such as Peterson’s that allow you to put in your preferences for size/location/academic major/type of degree, etc that would allow you to get an initial list of colleges that you could start looking at.
This list, from Peterson’s, also will give you the ranges for SAT scores so you can see if you are in the range. Then from this starting list you can do further investigation.

Good Luck in your search!
