Where to get Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 Home & Student edition???

Where can you get this ^(see post title) with college student deals? I know the regular retail price is like $149.99, so where are there deals for college?

I think that is the college student deal. :S

EDIT: http://www.amazon.com/Office-Mac-Home-Student-2011/dp/B003YCOJA8

That’s the thing you want to buy. The 149.99$ one is with THREE licenses. Just as a tech savvy friend to get you a discount.

Yep, I got one, but I found a deal for $80 somewhere else!

If your school is registered at onthehub.com it can be free or really cheap.
I got Office 2010 for PC premium version for $8 with 5 licenses.

I checked that site. it’s actually not any cheaper for my school than what I already found. If I wanted the online download, then yes, good deal, but I want the actual software CD.

That’s actually an interesting site… Does anyone know if the Win7 or MS Office licenses on that site last forever? Or do they expire around the date one graduates? Because Win7 Ultimate for about $10 is crazy.

They last forever. You can ask for additional licenses for free. It’s all around awesome and am extremely glad I found out about it. (I bought Office 2010 from there a year and a half ago). I found out about it several years ago when I got an email from my school saying I was enrolled in the special engineering section of my school’s on the hub, which has prices 20% of the normal price for the rest of my school. When Office 2010 came out, they had it within 2 weeks of the release date.

iluvpiano: That’s because you can easily sell the CD to a non-student and make profit. It’s a lot more secure for them if you use the download option. Thus they can offer it cheaper, because Microsoft probably charges them a lot less.

anyone have win 7 key to spot me?

At my daughter’s school you can buy this for $7 and change with your student ID. Great deal!

Anyway, check with your college bookstore.
