the Lofts. Collegiate Village Inn looks like a possibility (but I have heard mixed reviews). Where else can you find a 1 person apartment/condo/dorm for a decent ? thanks for the help.</p>
<p>Sorry to say but you wont find a 1/1 for a decent price. That’s the most expensive model of for an offcampus apartment. I strongly advise against Collegiate Village Inn, I have a friend there who says its pretty terrible but not bad if you want the cheapest option and are willing to put up with it for a year. CVI is an old hotel that was basically just turned into student housing. Its dorm style, not apartment style.</p>
