The new application only has spots for critical reading/verbal and math. Where do people who took the new put their writing scores, or do they count it as another SAT II in which case you only have to report two of your scores?

Hmm… I’m kinda curious about this too… I haven’t really looked at the apps… but if that’s the case… anyone?

do you mean the online application, or the paper one? I didn’t encounter this on the online app, but i haven’t gotten the paper app yet, so I don’t know much about that…

The paper one

Hmm, that’s odd. You could probably put it as an SAT II if there truly is no spot for it on SAT I, although I find that hard to believe that they would commit such a snafu.

Here’s the link.

Is that a link to the hardcopy one that you print out? It appears they messed up, as the SAT section says you must complete any SAT’s by January 2005, which is last year, curious indeed.

Just looked it up. Apparently you went to the bottom of the admissions page and got that app, which looks different than the online app, so now I’m very confused; way to go.

Guess we’ll wait and see until they mail the paper apps, which will take… another 3 weeks? Princeton is so slow with their app.

At least your not international. I sure hope Princeton doesn’t actually ship the mail to save money. Last I had something shipped from ebay it took about 2 months. At this rate I’ll get the paper application right after ED deadline… woot

EDIT-> With shipped I mean litererally shipped by a cargo ship.

I am just going to give my Essay score on the “What Else Form” in addition to having my English teacher (Writing one of the recs) explain about it all. I would really hate to see that they don’t consider it because I scored a wonderful 11 on that thing and I was so proud and then… then this?! :)

Hey, they fixed the application. Now, it has three score areas on the application.

Hmm I wonder if this is a good or bad thing.

yep it has been corrected.
