<p>What chapter (what are you studying) in AP World? We’re on Western Europe and Christian Society during the Post Classical Period which is Chapter 16. Just wondering if my class is ahead, behind, or just in the right spot?</p>
<p>We are studying the Scientific Revolution, still haven’t wrote an essay…</p>
<p>But our teacher surveyed all the students last year and everyone of her 50+ students got a 3 or above, with over 50% getting 5s (to be fair only really smart kids can take AP classes at our school, you can’t just take APs if you aren’t qualified)… Hard to believe considering we don’t do anything in that class, but my friend didn’t even write one of the essays last year and still got a 3, so I should be fine.</p>
<p>We’re on a 32 week schedule, and we’re about to do chapters 12 and 13 in World Civilizations: The Global Experience AP Edition (we’re going basically in order with one exception so far - we’ve already done chapter 14 about nomadic challenges). That’s China and I think India in the postclassical world. We’ve covered Islam, so next we have postclassical India and postclassical western world. We’re in about 700 to 1300 B.C.E. The Scientific Revolution seems really far ahead.</p>
