<p>Lol, saintfan. Me too! We can all camp on EK’s front lawn. 
My neck of the woods is really weird: we are fairly liberal and do not mind paying taxes, as long as the government stays out of our oversized backyards. </p>
<p>I checked all 3 states I have lived in. Not one of them is close to where I have lived… I guess I must not have lived in the right places…</p>

If I wanted lawn, Id have stayed in SE Bellevue.
I took out all my lawn and replaced it with mostly native plants in the front.
Lots of mahonia that snags on the hipsters wooly caps.</p>

<p>And thats why we live where we do, and didnt buy my grandparents house in Magnolia.
They did have a nice rockery though.</p>
<p>I got 4 Manhattan zips and 1 Brooklyn. Upper West Side was #1. </p>
<p>When I put in not urban it has me near Bard, too. </p>
<p>right town … wrong zip … it was off by about 50 yards … what a piece of junk.</p>
<p>Wisconsin- of course areas of Madison but I happen to dislike Milwaukee. But- Florida- no way Miami! The politics and liberalness may be fine but the ethnic groups were not at all addressed. I am not into the Spanish based cultures. Tampa- plenty of Indians, H’s ethnic group, and plenty of northern transplants in our part of town. There’s a lot more to life than just ideology- culture counts too. I do know of some areas in Florida I couldn’t survive the attitudes… and many other places in the Bible belt.</p>

<p>I guess I should try rural and see what I get. If I’m not by EK it’s Fremont or Ballard for me!</p>

<p>I think I will go with just having EK plant salal in her front yard (if she doesn’t already have it) and call it good.</p>
<p>I haven’t taken the quiz yet. I figure it will tell me to get the heck out of Dodge, so I’m going to wait until January to take it since apparently Rick Perry is planning to move to California in January. ;)</p>
<p>It didn’t work too well for me–I think it assumed that if I was a liberal who regularly attends religious services that I must be African-American.</p>
<p>Wow that is kinda freaky. I got a zip code adjacent to where I actually live - and its where I would prefer to live if the commute wasn’t so long! </p>
<p>Apparently I have a champagne ideology on a beer budget - first got the wealthiest suburb in my home state then one of the most expensive in California, then Palm Beach in Florida, then Darien in Connecticut. And finally Scottsdale, AZ. </p>
<p>I got the exact zip code I live in. When I did other states I am familiar with, I got exactly what I expected too.</p>

<p>I got basically the same area. I tried it for the area where I used to live but got a more conservative area than before. </p>
<p>I ended up with suburbs outside of Lancaster, PA! Even though I’m conservative, I would prefer to live in Philadelphia or the Main Line rather than in Central PA.</p>
