<p>Well I didn’t really care much about the paw pal and just threw in an application written in one minute but this definitely feels not good. Anyone out there?!</p>

<p>I don’t think they screened the Paw Pals apps for content…I thought it was mostly informational; didn’t think they would select people based on it. I didn’t spend that much time on it either.</p>

got my paw pal, funny my roomie, butler buddy and my paw pal, all of them are yankees and yea, i am getting a letter almost everyday or two, think its the butler effect

<p>My Paw Pal is Albanian/USA (here I thought 'nope, no zantedeschia pawl pal : /) . I explained I was pretty much 50-50 and I did ask for an American pal, but they said they’d find me someone who was about 50-50 too. </p>
<p>I really think they screened for information only, keepthefaith. The letter I got with my paw pal’s contact addy said they’d tried to factor in language and residential college and culture and a whole bunch of stuff. Factoring in writing style and content etc would have made the entire thing far too complicated.</p>
<p>So what info do they tell you about your pal? :p</p>
