Whether to disclose or not?

I wanted to try to transfer to nyu or rutgers since my high school marks weren’t that great and i didn’t give my SAT as well(i missed the date). So i decided to try it as a transfer as I could show them that i can do better.
But a friend has convinced me now ,that freshman is easier than transfer ANY DAY.
So…I have started to think that i should just give my SAT this year and go ahead and apply as a freshman and not disclose any college history to Nyu/rutgers.I study outside USA right now so ,there’s a very slight chance that they would catch me.
What do you guys think?

Be honest!

Study at community college for two years and then transfer to 4-year school
would give you to build a decent GPA at CC, so that the 4-year schools don’t have to look at your ‘not so great’ h.s. GPA or SAT/ACT scores

You might get expelled if you lie on your college application.
