Which Act score should I send?

Would it be better to send my December score which has no writing but worse subscores or my October score with better subscore but 6 in writing? Will colleges care?

Both.

Unless a school requires writing and doesn’t superscore, in which case October.

Send the december. Most colleges don’t even require the writing, and it’s pulling your second score down significantly.
