Which ACT scores should send?

Oct ACT: 36E, 35R, 27M, 26S =31 composite
Dec ACT: 31E, 33R, 27M, 29S =30 composite

So my highest composite is a 31, and my super score is a 32. Would it be better to send. Just the 31 or both scores, since my super score is a 32?

I’m applying as an English major to these schools:

USC (already applied)
Harvard
Stanford
Penn
Notre Dame
Emory

I’m pretty sure a few schools on that list require you to send all your scores.
