Okay, my daughter took the ACT 3 times:
Sept '16: Eng 35, Math 34, Reading 30, Science 34, Comp 33, writing 7
Oct '16: Eng 36, Math 34, Reading 32, Science 35, Comp 34, writing 8
Dec '16: Eng 36, Math 34, Reading 32, Science 33,Comp 34, no writing
As you see, the second test has all of her highest scores represented. Each test costs $13 to send to each school, and she’s applying to a lot of schools. So, here are my questions:
- Do we send all 3 test dates? Does it demonstrate persistence to keep trying, as well as consistently good scores, and therefore help? Or is it just a waste of money? We'll definitely send all 3 if it helps her chances.
- Do we send them to test-optional schools?
Thanks for your help?
