1) Community service has certainly played a vital role in high school. Through cleaning beaches and donating time and food to a community in need, I learned how imperative it was that I continue to serve.
2) While community service has certainly played a vital role in my high school education, it has also impacted me in ways beyond the realm of high school. Through cleaning local beaches, donating food and time to shelters, and helping summer camps run smoothly, I found a passion for serving.
3) Community service and volunteering has certainly played an important role in my high school education. Whenever my high school did food drives or beach sweeps, we did not merely donate our time, but we ourselves gained a certain comradeship that the classroom could not produce. In essence, community service instilled in me and my fellow classmates a passion for serving.

4) Community service has certainly played an important part in my high school education. Specifically, through cleaning the environment and giving assistance to local shelters, I learned that we as a high school had a much bigger purpose than just learning within the walls of the classroom. Our purpose was to give back to the community for the ultimate betterment of society and humanity.
