In particular, taking AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Physics C, and AP Chemistry don’t seem like bad ideas. There might be other courses to take that will also be helpful.

Why not AP physics 1
I have bought the books of AP physics 1 and AP Calculus AB
Ap calculus ab and bc cannot be taken in a single year in India so I can’t take both of them
I am gonna take the exam this May

Thank you MITer94 for your quick reply
I await your reply to my post above

The main difference is that AP Physics C is calculus-based. You can also take Physics 1/2 (I’m not familiar with them since they’re new), but keep in mind you might have to take a calculus-based physics course eventually.

The two exams cannot be taken in a single year anywhere, per CB rules.

BC confers AB, no? My kid takes BC but never did AB, he gets the AB score with the BC. Strong math kids who are adequately prepared can do BC without AB. (in kid’s case it was IB SL as a jr but the faster paced kids might have done BC as a jr).
