Which are more useful AP classes or college classes?

Hi, thanks for taking time to read my post. I am in a bit of a dilemma because I was wondering how useful are college classes vs. AP classes. My school only offers 2 AP classes, one of them being AP composition and the other being AP Literature. I want to major in history, do pre-med and perhaps minor in photography in college. I’m not terribly interested in ether class offered. However if AP classes are weighted heavily, I will take one. As a junior, I have already taken one college class through CUNY’s college now program and currently in the middle of another one. I took health (well technically human sexuality) this summer and I’m currently taking into to sociology (College Now in Manhattan doesn’t offers any history classes) I plan to take at least 4 college classes before I graduate from high school. I heard from some friends that AP classes aren’t really useful for college and then I read on some posts on College Confidential that college classes you take in high school are a bit of a joke. I want to get into ether Stony Brook or CUNY City College. What should I do?

Thanks.
