<p>It would appear the 2nd one is just a newer version of the first one. I have the first one, but I bought it before Feb 2009 (which is when the 2nd one came out). The second is the 8th edition and the first is the 7th edition. If you look up the books on amazon you’ll see that they both actually have the exact same authors.</p>
