Which Choice is Better?

Hi,

I got accepted into the following universities for undergraduate:

  1. University of California Irvine (Computer Science)
  2. Pennsylvania State University (Computer Science)
  3. University of Maryland College Park (Computer Science)
  4. University of Massachusetts Amherst (Astronomy)

I am a US Citizen and i got some aid from FAFSA for each university along with a $10000 scholarship in UM-Amherst.
Can you guys tell me which university is better, which i should accept, with details? Thank you!
