Which classes should I take durring the spring, and during the summer?

Next semester Chemistry 1 and Calculus 3 are not offered at my college so I decided to take Differential equations. Would it be a smart to take differential equations next semester and as for the classes I’m taking so far would you say I’m on the right track for electrical engineering.

Also I was thinking about taking classes during the summer at my community college. Would it be smart to take Chemistry 1, Calculus 3, and programing (C++) at a community college or would it be better to take them at my university?
