Which college did you choose, where, and why?

Why did you choose Rice?

Why did you decide to go at school in Chicago?

What attracted you to Brown?

I didn’t go to any of those places so I guess I can’t answer

Kinda confused by the specific places in the original post but whatever haha.

Which: UW-Madison
Where: kinda obvious… Madison, WI
Why: Great academics, in-state tuition, party school, always loved Madison

lol, those I mentioned are just examples

Planning on transferring to Auburn… It’s near home, I have a townhouse there to live in already, I love SEC football, my friends and family frequently visit during football season, and oh yeah, it’s home to the cheaper of the 2 pharmacy schools in Alabama, so with all the previous reasons considered, Auburn won. Not really much reason to consider otherwise.

i applied to cornell ED and i was accepted =) it’s in ithaca, ny. because i think i’ll love the collegetown and the gorges and the snow and the feeling of being one of 20 thousand students stuck on a pretty and huge campus in the middle of nowhere. rural sounds like a fun change for me, but we’ll see. it’s also an ivy league (not a deciding factor i don’t think) and i like the color red and it is a well established name.

(lol at the location for UW-madison)

Which: Reed College

Where: Portland, OR

Why: The learning atmosphere of the college is amazing: people studying (not including homework) for 5+ hours/day for no other reason than a genuine love of learning. The liberal social atmosphere is very enjoyable (i.e. The Honor Principle, which loosely dictates our behavior while leaving the decisions we make and the consequences we face ultimately in our power), and it’s ten minutes from downtown Portland. The music scene here is great too; if I didn’t have so much work to do, I’d be at a show every other night.

Which: Purdue

Where: West Lafayette, IN

Why: School pride, traditions, vibe I had when I entered the campus, Big Ten sports, well respected program in the nation, and the name.
