Hello I’m 16 years old and I’m going to 10th grade.i’m from East Europe and ofc i will apply for European universities, but my dream is to study in USA.So what do you think ,am i good enough for an US college?
1.i have a perfect GPA(probably it will stay like this)
2.i did not take an SAT but let’s say it will be like 2200 ( i didn’t practised SAT2)
3.i am a swimmer and i went to meetings and i will continue this.
4.i didn’t participate yet,but i will participate at some scientific competitions,it’s a very good and famous competiton in my country.
5.i know 5 languages(btw my school is on English)
6.i have also some other diplomas from other organisations and i am volunteering ,not too much but i am,
7.i have a very very interesting life and I’m sure all colleges will like my essay.
8. i’m doing some other stuff too, like working in the restaurant of my parents, etc.
And I’m looking for a university which has:
-financial aid
-a college where students are polite( because i am polite,i never use swords and things like that)
- a college where students don’t think just about sex, drugs and parties
-a liberal university ,because i’m very liberal and religious at the same time.
-and I want to study political sciences or something similar…
So do you know a college like this?

When you have finished the 11th grade, you have taken your SAT and continued with your EC’s, you can post for college suggestions. Too many factors are not set to give you a realistic list of colleges that may or may not fit your criteria. You can use the SUPERMATCH feature on this website and plug in some preferences to narrow some choices down but you do need an SAT score. Good Luck

another factor to your attendance is your family’s ability to pay for an American college. will you be full pay, OP, or will you need aid of some kind?

I’m practising SAT since I finished 8th grade, and i’m doing it ver often,so now my best result is 2150.And if my GPA or SAT decreases ofc i won’t apply for US colleges.

@rania16 What is your SAT score now?
Well your idea of a perfect college is a little conflicting because a lot of liberal colleges believe it or not are huge party schools. Although, i think Emory would be awesome for you. It does have a somewhat prominent Greek system though. But it’s in the south so people tend to be polite. It’s pretty liberal. It has a great political science program. Its a great school, you should look into it. I would put it on my list but I want a bigger party school and Emory has no football team (American football) which is a big deal for me.
Also Georgetown would be perfect for you. It has everything you want and it’s in the U.S. Capital so the political science program is second to none.
