Well i have a few issues and im in need of some help! i did a year of college then went on a mission trip for my church in Hungary Budapest for a year and a half. Im pretty much fluent in the language now. For a carrer id like to work with charities and help run them and set them up. What all do you think would be a good major? Any good schools for these things? Id like to use my language so im not sure if any of you know if any schools offer Hungarian? okay thank you all so much for the help!!
Sounds like international law or management would be good paths for you. Research some schools and pose some more specific questions so CC posters can help you.
According to the [LCTL database](The Center for Advanced Research on Language Acquisition (CARLA): Less Commonly Taught Languages), only about two dozen colleges in the US offer Hungarian. I recommend taking a look at those schools to see if any fit your other criteria (selectivity, cost, location, etc.).

Even schools that offer it might only offer a couple of semesters. You might want to check on whether you can study abroad there from a given school.
If you’re already fluent in Hungarian, why not move on to another language and broaden both your college options and your resume?
