Which college should i apply to?

<p>Hi I am a senior in high school and very lost to where I should try to apply for college. I want to become a Computer Engineer or so I think, I only have small clues to what you do within this major. My secondary major would be something with Business. But on the topic of computer engineer which csu is better? Sacramento or San Jose? Both provide engineering courses, but does one campus have a significant advantage over the other? Also my gpa average is around 3.2 and, have yet to take SAT/ACT.</p>

<p>No offense, but how come you haven’t taken the SAT or ACT before now if you had any intention applying to college?</p>
