Which college to choose for the graduate program in international affairs?

<p>May be someone knows where else I could try to apply. I like the New School so far,they don’t even require GRE test to take (!), 100 TOEFL is enough. However it’s kind of expensive. And also do I need to submit my high school transcript as well, while applying for the graduate program?</p>
