Which colleges should I apply to? (2150+ sat, 3.7 w gpa)

Hey everyone!
I’ve already created and recreated my college list, but thought maybe some new imput might be useful. I wouldn’t want to overlook anything.

So, given that I got a 2150 on my last SAT (690 cr, 660 m, 800 w)(I’m taking it again and hoping to get a solid superscore of 2200+) and I have a 3.7 w gpa and a 3.5 uw gpa, what schools does the CC community recommend that I check out?
(the upward trend here is pretty huge. went from 3.1 1st semester freshman year to 4.1 2nd semester junior year and 4.2 now)

I want to major in political science or international relations.
(I did some cool ec stuff that makes me a better applicant for this type of major like an international internship in france)

Also, I go to an absurdly competitive private schools that sends ~45 kids a year to top 20 schools.
(however, this doesn’t account for my gpa in any way, [sidenote here: school doesnt rank] those kids are getting 4.1+)

Let me know!

Do you have at least one safety which you are certain to be admitted to and which you are certain you can afford?

I have a hard time determining your chances because your SAT is kind of skewed. Colleges don’t always look too much at the writing score, unfortunately. Not sure what size, geographic location, or cost range you are considering. What about Dickinson? Or possibly Macalester, although it might be a reach given your stats.
