Which course looks better to adcoms?

I’m going into my senior year and I overloaded when I was choosing classes. Now I realize I don’t have any frees or lunch so I need to drop one class. I want my senior load to look rigorous (it already is) so which one should I drop and why?

-AP Environmental Science
-Post-AP Chemistry: Qualitative Analysis (This class is for kids that have already taken AP Chemistry)

I don’t know if other schools offer Post-APs and what the caliber of it is so please help me decide, I am equally interested in both.

The QA course reminds me of college level stats/analysis coursework I took both at UG and grad level. It sounds more interesting frankly. But that’s my opinion

If you have taken the AP course, taken the AP test, then the Post-AP course will look more rigorous and interesting. Shows you have the ability and are willing to pursue something all the way to the end. Just make sure you’re not sacrificing your GPA substantially to take the harder course.
