Which course should I take??? Orgo or AP stat?

Should I take Organic Chemistry or AP Statistics?

Also, Should I take AP Stat or AP Comp Sci?

Why do you want to take any of these in the first place?

What exactly are your long-term goals?

I’m interested in a career in the sciences, specifically in Engineering, but I’m not sure which course would be more useful to me. For now, I’m considering something along the lines of biochemical or mechanical engineering, so I’m interested in organic chemistry but I’m also considering AP Stat if that’ll help any kind of research I may do in the future… which of the two is more practical?

Organic chemistry may be useful for bioengineering or chemical engineering, but unless it is a transferable college course, you will likely have to retake it in college. It is rather unlikely to be of any use in other areas of engineering. Note: if you are pre-med, and it is an actual college course, the grades will have to be reported on your medical school application.

AP statistics probably won’t give you any college credit as an engineering major, since any required statistics course for an engineering major will likely be calculus-based. Statistics is generally useful knowledge to have in any case.

Orgo v. Stat =orgo
stat v. comp sci=stat. As @ucbalumnus said, stat is useful anywhere, while comp sci is not as much.
