<p>Looking for a financial & academic safety. . .Do not live in catchment area for either SDSU or LBSU, so I assume admission is well outside the academic safety category. Possible career goal would be social worker or therapist/counselor possibly for a school district, then maybe a high school principal.</p>
<p>How can one ascertain strong CSU departments? Fiske’s Guide suggests both the most popular and strongest departments in nationally rated schools, but I am at lost for similar info with respect to CSUs.</p>
