Is American River, Cosumnes River College, or Sacramneto City College better for a culinary program?
I’m more leaning towards American River vs Cosumnes River instead of Sacramento.
I also want to be able to get out and transfer from community no more than a year or two.
From what my googling has told me American River College - Sacramento, California is regarded as better. However, I would take what I say with a grain of salt because I’m no expert and 10 minutes of googling by no means makes me correct. It’s really whichever one is a better fit and since you want to transfer think about where you can perform the best. Sorry, if this isn’t too helpful.
If you’re in California the CSUs and UCs won’t accept you until you have two years of CC under your belt. As far as which is better, ask some chefs in your area. My W and I are not cooks but we have spoken with many chefs about their background and places they recommend.
