Which Dallas County Community College should I attend?

I am debating on whether to go to Richland College or Eastfield for one year to complete my core classes. I am graduating high school in June 2014 and want to transfer to a university after completing all my core classes so I can save money. I know it doesn’t matter to which one I go to, but I heard people say that Richland has a better atmosphere and environment than Eastfield. Richland has a diverse community of students from different areas and foreign countries. Richland also has high school students in the RCHS/Dual Credit program. Also Richland is one of the best community colleges in Texas and has won an award for its distinguished achievement. Richland sounds better than Eastfield, but Eastfield is close to home. Richland is roughly 25 minutes away and Eastfield is 15 minutes away. A few students that I know from my high school are going to Richland. I also know a few kids at Richland as well. In Fall 2015, I want to transfer to the University of Texas at Dallas. Can someone please advise me on which college to go to?
