Which degree do hiring companies look at?

<p>For business, which degree do companies look at? For example I go to a not well known school and possibly I do superbly and get my bachelors in something business related. (Most likely accounting or finance) Then I transfer to a top 20 or Ivy school, and complete my Masters there, which degree (and from where) would companies look at? The first, second, or both?</p>

<p>Should I switch even earlier? (Perhaps after I get my associates?)</p>

<p>Cflor111, when you read the job description of most jobs, it will tell you which degrees they are looking for. Once you apply and they give you an interview, you are on your own. It’s all about your personality, character, and competency from then on.</p>
