Which dorm is right for me?

<p>a little about me:
-mccormick (eecs)
-pretty social
-want a sizable but not overwhelming drinking culture in dorm
-really into internet culture (e.g. reddit, canv.as)
-pretty nerdy overall</p>

<p>i am essentially considering bobb vs. slivka vs. elder at this point. I have some questions about each dorm:</p>

<p>bobb–is the drinking culture overwhelming? as an overall pretty nerdy guy, will i still have a fun time in bobb?</p>

<p>slivka–is there <em>any</em> partying whatsoever that goes on? will i feel a little suffocated if im living around the same people I have in my classes?</p>

<p>elder–I really don’t know much about this dorm. could someone tell me more about it?</p>

<p>Bobb might be too much in one direction…
and Slivka might be too much in the other.</p>

<p>Do Elder, it’s a pretty good match for you. It’s usually described as a party dorm, but not as bad as Bobb. Based on the times I’ve been there, it’s pretty active but not totally crazy. With the new renovations it looks REALLY nice…almost like a nice hotel.</p>
